Seahorse XF Glycolytic Rate Assay Kit. Each kit contains six (6) single-use pouches. Each pouch contains one (1) each of rotenone/antimycin A and 2-deoxy-D-glucose. For use with XFe/XF96 and XFe24 analyzers. Not compatible with XF24 and XF24-3 analyzers. XF pheno-red free media with low buffer capacity (103575-100 or 103576-100) are required to perform the assay.
