α(2,3)-Sialyltransferase, recombinant (formerly ProZyme). For in vitro sialylation of glycoproteins such as monoclonal antibodies.
Recombinant α(2,3)-Sialyltransferase (ST3Gal6, EC 2.4.99.4) transfers sialic acid from a donor substrate (CMP-NANA) to Galβ1-4GlcNAc units on glycoproteins and complex molecules.

Kit includes sufficient reagents for three reactions of up to 300 μg protein each.

Kit contents include:  enzyme (150 μg) sufficient for 3 reactions, 3 vials of  CMP-NANA, and 1 vial of 5x reaction buffer.
