ICP-MS sampler cone for semiconductor applications, platinum tip with copper base, for advanced applications such as semiconductors or advanced materials. Suitable for 7700/7800/7900 and 8800/8900. Recommended for lower limits of detection (LODs) and for higher-matrix samples. Required for analysis of aggressive acids (especially HF) and when O2/Ar option gas is used for analyzing organic solvents. Use with platinum skimmer cone and brass skimmer base.
