Cloned Pfu DNA Polymerase. Cloned Pfu DNA Polymerase is a thermostabile enzyme possessing 5'-3' exonuclease activity, resulting in a 6 fold increase in fidelity of DNA synthesis over Taq DNA polymerase. Cloned Pfu DNA polymerase has a temperature optimum of 72-78C and reamins ˃95% active following a 1-hour incubation at 95C.
