2 mL Crimp/Snap Top Vials & Caps

Cap, snap, 11 mm, polyurethane, 100/pk. These 11 mm clear snap caps come in 100/pks where the cap and septum are a molded one piece cap made from polyurethane. These are the most economical option where resealability is not required and/or sample is water-based and not volatile. This combination is suited for a broad range of applications, however, is the main choices for HPLC applications where the sample is less volatile and/or were screw or crimp style vials are not appropriate. These are also a PFC-free cap option and are compatible with our 2 mL polypropylene snap/crimp vials (5191-8122). This snap version is used where additional sample prep steps involving pipetting is required in that the user can more easily remove and close the cap while holding the pipetter. It is compatible wth all wide-opening 2 mL glass and polyproplene vials, 2 mL micro vials and 2 mL High Recovery Vials. These snap caps are also a sustainable cap option as they are made from one material so easier to dispose and recycle.
