ICP-MS skimmer cone for semiconductor applications (7700, 7800, 7850 and 8800 with x-lens), platinum tip with nickel base, for advanced applications such as semiconductors or advanced materials. An optional cone can be used with the x-lens for organic solvent analysis using oxygen/argon option. Recommended for use with platinum tip with nickel-plated copper base sampler cone for semiconductor applications (G3280-67159) and brass skimmer base (G3280-60621). Recommended for lowest detection limits.
