Inconsistent fraction volumes with fraction collector G1364F?
Inconsistent fraction volumes with fraction collector G1364F?

Hello, I'm using a 1200 HPLC with fraction collector G1364F to do some analytical prep work and I've noticed that, despite my collection parameters being time-based (60 sec fractions, flow rate 1 mL/min), the fractions don't all come out at the same volume (= 1 mL). I'd like to flush, or even backflush, the fraction collector, but I can't do so if my needle is not parked in the waste port. Is there a way to park the needle in the "Rinse" position?

Hello Agilent community, I'm setting up a 1260 Infinity II fraction collector to be paired with G4208A Instant Pilot. After updating the firmware, the controller still does not recognize the FC. Any suggestions are appreciated.

hello, I have Agilent 1290 Bio-compatible LC system that is connected to fraction collector G5664B labelled 1260 Bio FC-AS. I think I have accumulated salt crystals in the system as I never performed a flush procedure on the fraction collector specifically when shutting things off, only the pumps.
