Centralized control for your Resolve instrument fleet

The Agilent Command Fleet Management software is a standalone desktop software designed to enhance the capability of the Agilent Resolve handheld Raman spectrometer. Operators and fleet managers alike can benefit from the different levels of operations provided by the Command software.
Designed with simple, easy to follow workflows, Command facilitates data file export and extends the range of Resolve&#146s powerful detection capability by enabling users to create their own libraries.

Standalone desktop software for Resolve users. Two modules available with functions for field users or fleet managers.
Batch or single files can be created from any Resolve database. File types: CSV, PDF, SPC.
Reachback process can be initiated directly from Command by sending files to Agilent for assistance with spectra and results.
Resolve scan data can be used to create new library items. Add hazard and chemical information to be displayed on Resolve&#146s metadata pages. Create custom hazard classes.
New library items can be organized into libraries and distributed to any Resolve in your fleet.
Fleet management helps ensure that all Resolve units in a fleet are provided with the same settings. Fleet managers are able to change passcodes, general settings and active Agilent libraries, and can then distribute these settings to any Resolve in the fleet.

How it works

Select the right module for you

Two modules are currently available for Command: Field User and Management. The field user module is included in the Resolve kit and is intended to help operators with basic processes, such as batch data export and Reachback requests. The Management module is available for more advanced users to create and manage new libraries and Resolve fleet settings.

Create libraries

Import data from any Resolve to the standalone Command software. Follow the simple workflow to increase the Resolve detection capability.

Command Management does not only allow users to select and inspect the data to create a new library item. Users can also add any relevant hazard information relating to the material (GHS class, first aid, and firefighting information, etc.). New warning labels can also be created for easier visual flagging on Resolve.

Manage your fleet

The Command Management module can create three types of installation file to deploy to the field: Libraries, settings and warning labels. Create installation files coded to the serial number of the Resolve units you want to deploy them to.

The Resolve settings section in Command can help ensure that all Resolve units in a fleet are provided with the same settings. Fleet managers are able to change passcodes, general settings and active Agilent libraries and distribute them to any Resolve in the fleet.
