How do Agilent subscription orders work?: During checkout you may choose to set up recurring deliveries via a subscription order. In order checkout the subscription frequency can be selected. The subscription duration will automatically default to 1 year but can be changed in the Subscriptions section of the Order Center.
How do I choose my delivery frequency?: A dropdown field in the order checkout will allow you to select any subscription order frequency, in weekly increments, from weekly to every 6 months.
How can I change my shipping frequency?: The subscription frequency can be changed in the Subscriptions section of the Order Center.
Can I add or remove parts from an existing subscription?: No, each subscription is set up for recurring deliveries of a particular shopping cart. The subscription may be cancelled and a new one set up if changes to the shopping cart are required.
How do I cancel a subscription?: Subscriptions may be cancelled easily in the Subscriptions section of the Order Center.
Can I skip a shipment?: Yes, there is a button which will allow you to skip the next shipment in the Subscriptions section of the Order Center.
How far in the future can a subscription last?: New subscriptions will automatically default to a 1year duration, but this may be changed in the Subscriptions section of the Order Center.
