      The 1260 Infinity III LC System is a robust analytical high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system, offering the widest choice of modules for both analytical HPLC and entry-level UHPLC analysis. This HPLC system delivers reliable performance and robustness, providing the highest confidence for daily HPLC routine analyses.

      1260 Infinity III Prime Bio LC
       

      The 1260 Infinity III Prime LC System is an analytical high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system, offering the flexibility of both an HPLC and a UHPLC for columns with sub-2 μm particles.       The 1290 Infinity III LC System is an analytical ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) system designed for high efficiency, delivering superior chromatographic resolution. It provides a power range up to 1300 bar and 5 mL/min for flexible use of columns with any UHPLC/HPLC applications. It performs the fastest separation with the highest resolution, offering high sample capacity.

    • 1290 Infinity III Bio LC


      The 1290 Infinity III Bio LC System is a UHPLC, binary or quaternary, consisting of biocompatible material for use in biopharma (e.g., critical quality attributes, such as Bio SEC) and other applications utilizing high salt and extreme pH conditions. Biocompatibility ensures the integrity of your biomolecules and robustness of the system.

Agilent Infinity III LC Series : Key Features

When devleoping this series, we took a customer first approach. We met with customers and coducted interviews, surveys, and events to gather feedback. The two main themes of this research are:
 

  1. Usability must take priority over performance - ease of operation, improved troubleshooting, error prevention and easier maintenance must be integral.

  2. Backward compatability is critical - new systems must integrate seamlessly with the exisitng lab environment.
     

This has led to the development of all new features being included in the new Agilent Infinity III Series.




    • The InfinityLab Assist Technology is designed to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity. It offers a range of features including the InfinityLab Assist Interface, InfinityLab Assist Hub, and InfinityLab Assist Tasks. These features allow users to automate, program, and schedule system start-up and shut-down tasks, which can also be controlled remotely. Additionally, the technology includes integrated, step-by-step guides for troubleshooting and running test procedures, as well as a smart purge feature to automate the purge procedure through the pump and autosampler, minimizing hands-on time. The InfinityLab Assist Technology ensures a consistent user experience whether connected at the instrument, at the desk, or from home, with secure communication protocols and no interference with the chromatography data system.




    • The InfinityLab Sample ID Reader and Advanced Sample Linking are designed to streamline sample handling and data linking throughout the sample preparation process. The Sample ID Reader allows users to place the vial anywhere, and it will automatically find the sample without knowing the vial position, confirming the sample identity for the chain of custody. Advanced Sample Linking speeds up the sample handling and data linking, saving hours each day. This technology ensures accurate sample identification and efficient workflow, enhancing overall laboratory productivity.




    • The InfinityLab Level Testing is an advanced feature designed to enhance laboratory efficiency and accuracy. It includes the InfinityLab Level Sensing technology, which prevents running dry by using weight-controlled level sensing. This feature is fully integrated into OpenLab CDS, allowing users to predict solvent consumption before starting a sequence and receive warnings before it is too late. The technology ensures high lab uptime and minimizes interruptions, contributing to a more efficient and productive laboratory environment.
