While we continue to hope for a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Ukraine, the ability for Agilent to continue operating in Russia has become unsustainable due to continued tightening of economic restrictions, logistical challenges, and overall difficulty transacting business in the country. All Agilent offices have now been closed in Russia, and Agilent business operations in the country were halted as of May 23.

In light of the humanitarian crisis and the displacement of people in Ukraine, the Agilent Foundation has donated $100,000 to the International Rescue Committee to support international relief programs. Using the company’s separate matching grant program, Agilent employees and the Agilent Foundation have also combined to donate more than $500,000 in additional funds to support relief efforts through a variety of other organizations.
