2022 metrics
Our metrics for D&I progress include tracking the number of women and racial minorities in leadership roles; pay equity by gender; and our employee survey results broken down by race and gender.
2022 accomplishments
In 2022, we made important advances related to diversity recruiting, allyship training programs, and more. We also earned seven prestigious awards, including a Forbes award as one of the world’s top female-friendly companies.

We are proud of the momentum our Diversity Office developed in 2022. Here’s how we plan to build upon those successes in 2023.
Beyond the numbers
Employee-network groups are an important – and growing – part of the Agilent culture. Our employees launched two more ENGs in 2022, bringing our total to seven.
