PRESENTATION

Dr. Emily Parry is an LC/MS applications scientist at Agilent Technologies and focuses on method development of emerging contaminants in environmental matrices. She has a PhD from The University of California-Davis and prior experience at the USEPA and California Department of Toxic Substances.

This webinar describes the use of Agilent LC/MS/MS solutions for the high-confidence analysis of PFAS in water and wastewater per EPA methods 537.1 and EPA 8327 for PFAS. It describes common challenges and tips to optimize your analysis for these methodologies and provides validation and QA/QC data from actual inter-laboratory validations done for these methods.

WHAT YOU
WILL LEARN
  • Basic understanding of EPA methods 537.1 and 8327 for PFAS analysis.
  • How to reduce PFAS contamination and optimize your MS for PFAS analysis
  • QA/QC requirements for these methods

WHO SHOULD
ATTEND

  • Environmental chemists
  • PFAS Researchers
  • Regulators and Water Utilities dealing with PFAS
