When trying to quantitate my batch on MassHunter Quant, it says I must calibrate before I can Quantitate.  The following procedure will assist in resolving this issue.

If using the Analyze function and still having issues. The steps below will normally rectify the issue.

1.       Remove the calibration. Analyze..Remove Calibration. Select all compounds and select all calibration levels.

2.       Makes sure all types are Cals and the Level is specified.

3.       Proceed to method edit. Method…. Edit.

4.       Under Method… Create Levels from Calibration Types.

5.       Validate

6.       Exit..Integrate.. Yes

7.       Menu item Analyze…Replace Calibration. Select all compounds and select all calibration levels.

8.       Quantitate the batch

9.       Save the batch.
