Thank you for your interest in the second of two spectral libraries created for our LC/MSD Trap customers.  The first library consisted of several hundred drug compounds, many of which could be considered of interest along with pesticides for environmental research.  This library consists of MS2 and MS3 spectra for nearly 200 pesticide compounds.  The library is available to Agilent customers for free download and is user-contributable.  Also included are the structures, chemical formula, and CAS registry numbers. It is not an Agilent product for sale and therefore only supported on a "Best effort" basis. Included in this downloadable, self-extracting zip file is a list of those compounds. For more information on using this library, please consult your LC/MSD Trap Software Familiarization Manual as well as materials included with the LC/MSD Trap Library of Drug Compounds download.  The library is for research use only and not for diagnostic purposes.
