G2721AA Spectrum Mill A.03.015 - patch program to fix several software defects

601 Kbyte ZIP file. Several patch files for Spectrum Mill A.03.00 to fix the following Known Problem Reports (KPRs) described in the Software Status Bulletin for the G271AA Spectrum Mill MS Proteomics Workbench:

• 62, 140, 144-151, 153, and 161

Instructions:
Download to a temporary directory on the server PC, extract the ZIP file and then run the "sm3.0.015-patch.exe" install program in that directory. The default "Extract To" directory is E:\SpectrumMill. The patch files will be extracted and overwrite the older version counterparts.

** WARNING! **

If you have customized any of the following files, make a backup copy so that you can include your customized changes in the updated files:

• msparams_mill\urlsAccessionNum.txt
• msparams_mill\terminiCarboxy.tsv
• millhtml\sm_js\protChem.js

If any files fail to update, make sure that those files are not read-only. After making the files writeable, re-run the patch program.
