What do I do if the carrier gas flow is degraded or lower than the setting level?

The carrier gas does not flow to the setting level. (Compare the tuning parameter values on the indicator)

<There may be a blockage in the Nebulizer or carrier gas line>

The carrier gas flow does not reach the setting level. Check it under analysis mode.
 1. From ICP-MS Instrument Control, select [View (V)] - [Meters...].
 2. On the [Select Meters] pane, select [Carrier Gas (BP)], [Ar Gas Tank Press] and [Carrier Gas] to view.
 3. Does it flow the same as the setting in [Carrier Gas] in the tuning pane?
- Carrier gas flows insufficiently.
- Carrier gas pressure as high as the Ar original pressure.

If this happens, there is probably a blockage in the Nebulizer or the carrier gas line. Check for blockages.
