Yes.  For a given mass flow rate the volumetric flow rate of a gas vary with the gas temperature and pressure. For a given mass flow rate the volumetric flow rate will increase with an increase in gas temperature and a decrease in gas pressure. As the ADM Flow Meter is a volumetric flow meter it will report the flow rate as it is measured.  In mass flow mode the temperature and pressure are taken into account and the flow rate is displayed as if the gas temperature was 0 °C and 1 atm of pressure.
