How do I stop the device completely when it will not be used for a long period of time?

1. Switch the main unit to shutdown mode.
2. After checking it is in shutdown mode, shutdown your PC.
3. Turn off the main switch at the lower right of the main unit and the main power breaker at the back of the main unit.
Unplug the power cable if necessary.
4. Check the utilities (Ar gas, reaction gas, coolant etc.)
Check that Ar gas and coolant have stopped flowing.

<If you are not performing acquisitions for a long period of time>
 5. Drain the coolant from the cooling fluid circulation system or Heat Exchanger.
If you do not do this, mold or algae may grow which may cause a malfunction.
