Windows NT ICP-MS ChemStation C.01.01 Patch file (ICP-MS with ISIS) The patch file c0101patch0001isis.exe ( 1121KByte file) should only be used with Chemstation Software C.01.01 and Supplemental disk C.01.03. This patch file contains software patches to address the folowing problems:
- Dilution factors entered as decimal entries are reset to integers under certain conditions. If a customer sets decimal fraction as a dilution factor in the sample log table, and runs a sequence by reprocessing only mode, the dilution factors in the data file headers and the diluation factor used in the calculations and in the report printouts are reset to integers. Thus, a dilution factor of for example 1.99 would become 1.00, 9.99 would become 9.00 etc.,
- Sequence intermittently halts with the error "The instrument is not in Analysis mode"
- The peristaltic pump program and the realtime display of a sequence method may be from the ICP-MS top method and not from the sequence method.
When the method loaded in the ICP-MS TOP window and the method used in a sequence are different, the peristaltic pump program and the realtime display used by the sequence method will be from the method loaded in the ICP-MS Top window and not from the sequence method. - No multiplied diluted date in the header of the report of the semiquant result and the isotope dilution result If a customer selects Auto Dilution as the ISIS application and executes auto dilution, the semiquant result and the isotope dilution result of the diluted data are not multiplied by the auto dilution factor although the auto dilution factor is shown in the header of the report.
- The error "File#1 is not open." aborts a sequence.
- Interference equations may contain incorrect values when doing Isotope Ratio analysis when Mass Bias Correction ON is used. In Isotope Ratio analysis, when Mass bias correction ON is selected and the standard file is corrected by the interference equations, the reported isotope ratios results of the masses corrected by the interference equations may contain incorrect values.
- Interference equations may contain incorrect values when doing Isotope Dilution analysis when Mass Bias Correction ON is used. In Isotope Dilution analysis, when Mass bias correction ON is selected and the standard file is corrected by the interference equations, the reported isotope Dilution results of the masses corrected by the interference equations may contain incorrect values.
- "Floating Point Error" is reported when using G1824C(Chromatographic Software) When using G1824C(Chromatographic Software) to perform time resolved data to chromatograph data conversion, the software may generate the following error "Floating Point Error". This error is generated when the data file has more than 32767 scan points.
- Custom Report with graphics fails to print in a sequence. If a Custom Report containing graphics is printed by the sequence, The report may intermittently fail to print.
