How do I handle a power outage?

1. For a planned power outage
 Turn off all devices in advance.
- From the [Hardware] gadget, select [Vacuum OFF (V)] from the pull-down menu.
- Select [Yes] on the confirmation screen.
- The device enters shutdown mode in about 10 minutes.
- Turn off the main power switch at the lower right of the front panel.
- Turn off the main power breaker at the back of the main unit.
* It is safer to disconnect the power plug.

2. For an unexpected power outage (momentary power interruptions due to lightning strikes and so on)
 After the power is restored, check the communication and operation functions for the device.
* When the device’s "Resume” feature is turned on (default setting), the status of the device before the power outage is also restored when the power returns.

<When “Resume” feature is on>
1. When the mode before the power outage is analysis or standby, the device automatically returns to standby mode.
2. When the mode before the power outage is shutdown mode, the device remains in shutdown status.

<When “Resume” feature is off>
- The device remains in shutdown mode when the power is restored.
