How do I report any malfunctions to Agilent?

1. <Error log>

Any errors that occur are recorded in the log.

Send us the error log.

You can check the error details and the time it occurred on the [Instrument Status] pane.

To display the pane, select [View] - [Instrument Status] in ICP-MS Instrument Control.

- Select [Instrument Status] - [Error], and then right click to print and save the error details to a file.

2. <Batch Log>

As the sequence is measured, progress is recorded in a log. When errors occur, these details are also recorded. Send us the sequence log.

As the sequence is executed, progress is recorded in a log file.  If the sequence is terminated, this is also recorded.
