What do I do if a [Communication Failure] message is displayed?

When you start the ICP-MS instrument operation, it is unable to communicate. The message [Communication Failure] is displayed.
1. Shutdown and Restart the PC and ICP-MS Instrument Control.

2. If it does not return to normal>
Shutdown the PC, and then manually stop the ICP-MS instrument.
- Turn off the main power switch of the ICP-MS unit and the main power switch. Wait for 10 seconds.
- Start the PC, turn on the ICP-MS unit, and then start ICP-MS Instrument Control.

3. <If it does not improve>
Contact our customer contact center.

Damage to the LAN cable or connector contact failure
　- Turn off the PC power and disconnect and then re-connect the LAN cable connectors (both on PC and ICP-MS)
　- Replace the LAN cable.
