1. Cool all temperature zones and power off the GC. Turn off gas flows.
  2. Remove the autoinjector tray and bracket.
  3. Remove the left side panel.
  4. Remove the 1/8'' brass swagelock nut from the injection port. Trace the split vent line to the solenoid valve and remove it.
  5. Using the solvent(s) the majority of your samples are dissolved in, using vacuum or pressure, force the solvent through the tube until the solvent runs clear. Use a solvent with the highest vapor pressure as the last rinse.
  6. Draw or force air through the tube to dry it, then reassemble the GC.
  7. Do not heat the injection port or oven until carrier flow has been established for 10 minutes.
