My 810 Peristaltic Pump autocalibration is not working. What could be the problem? Autocalibration of the 810 Peristaltic Pump requires use of tap water in order to close the circuit in the calibration block, which signals when that position has reached 10 mL. Deionized water will not close this circuit and will result in the calibration not completing. If you are using tap water, then remove the autocalibration block from the rear of the 8000 Dissolution Sampling Station and inspect the probes to ensure that they are clean and not bent. Also inspect the cable between the autocalibration block and the 8000 Dissolution Sampling Station for fraying, etc. Should you need assistance with this or any other Agilent Dissolution Systems product, contact Agilent’s Technical Support team at +1-800-227-9770, select option 3, and then option 2, to be connected to the correct assistance team member.
