Terms and Conditions for LTM Column Modules with Agilent Capillary GC Columns
  1. All LTM column modules come standard with two 1-meter guard columns (deactivated fused silica tubing) of the same internal diameter as the analytical column, one each for inlet and detector.
  2. All LTM column modules come standard with a package of five non-reusable ferrules that are appropriate for the dimensions of the guard columns and analytical columns.
  3. All LTM column modules come with a 90 day or 2000 injection warranty (whichever comes first). Detailed information about the warranty may be found here.

Terms and Conditions for LTM Column Modules with Non-Agilent Capillary GC Columns

  1. All LTM column modules come standard with two 1-meter guard columns (deactivated fused silica tubing) of the same internal diameter as the analytical column, one each for inlet and detector.
  2. All LTM column modules come standard with a package of five non-reusable ferrules that are appropriate for the dimensions of the guard columns and analytical columns.
  3. Agilent will not accept non-Agilent columns provided by a customer for building custom LTM column modules. If needed, Agilent will procure the non-Agilent column(s) according to the specifications provided by a customer. Please note lead time may vary from different GC column manufacturers.
  4. All column modules come standard with a copy of original test chromatogram if provided by the column manufacturer.

  5. All Agilent components for the LTM column modules, including cover, base, heater circuit, temperature sensor circuit, LTM column module electrical harness and PC connector, come with a 90 day warranty (effective July 1, 2009). The warranty does not cover any defect or failure for the chromatographic performance of the non-Agilent GC columns.
