This video demonstrates how to analyze azo dyes with Chem Elut S for supported liquid extraction (SLE). The basic extraction method of aromatic amines and the results are outlined.

Chem Elut S achieved excellent recovery and reproducibility of aromatic amines in all large formats:

• Recovery was optimized with fifteen-minute hold time
• Recovery for all compounds for each tube size ranged from 87% to 119%
• RSDs for all compounds for each tube size ranged from 0.4% to 8.2%
