The OMRF Genomics facility is a universally accessible resource able to provide investigators with massive amounts of sequencing, genotyping, or gene expression data in a relatively short period of time. The facility is capable of processing and analyzing all forms of sequencing projects, including whole genome sequencing, cus­tom targeted resequencing, including exome capture, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and MethylCap-Seq. Study sample sizes can range from singletons to hundreds or even a thousand samples.
