Exchanging seals of the seal wash option 
Tools required
Wrench 1/4 inch
4-mm hexagonal key

  1. Never start the pump when the pump head is removed. This may damage the pump drive.
  2. Remove the front cover.
  3. Disconnect the Active Inlet Valve cable.
  4. Using a 1/4 inch wrench remove the outlet capillary.
  5. Disconnect the capillary from the Outlet Ball Valve.
  6. Remove the waste tubing and disconnect the Active Inlet Valve tubing.
  7. Remove the capillary at the bottom of the Pump head.
  8. Using a 4 mm hexagonal key, stepwise loosen the two Pump head screws and remove the Pump head from the Pump Drive.
