The Bravo NGS with on-deck thermal cycler increases walkaway time and ease of use, and streamlines protocols.
The on-deck thermal cycler (ODTC) is a critical tool in many genomics and molecular biology workflows. This optional accessory enables the Agilent Bravo automated liquid handling platform to provide thermal cycling as part of an automated protocol and extends walk-away time. This setup is beneficial especially for applications such as library preparation and target enrichment steps in next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, end-point PCR, and cell-based applications. |VWorks software enables full integration of the ODTC with the Agilent Bravo platform, allowing direct pipetting into skirted 96-well PCR plates. Along with prevalidated protocols for SureSelect NGS reagents, the ODTC helps minimize sample preparation time, effort, and complexity for a streamlined workflow.
Agilent On-Demand Repair Services are performed by certified professionals when you need it.
When an instrument breaks down, Agilent On-Demand Repair services offer the most flexible option to get your lab up and running again. All repairs are performed by knowledgeable professionals using genuine factory parts. Our field service engineers have years of experience, so you know that the job will be done right the first time.
Cool on-column inlets afford high precision injection to eliminate sample discrimination, sample alteration.
Cool on-column injection is superior in many ways to other sample introduction techniques by offering high precision injection to eliminate sample discrimination and sample alteration.|Agilent provides all the necessary supplies to set-up and maintain your COC injection port.
Optimized for hybridization of genetic samples for reliable and consistent results
The Agilent Hybridization Kit provides optimized hybridization kinetics, enhanced signal intensity and maximum noise reduction. The high quality CGH hybridization solution provides reliable data for many different experiments. Additional reagents are required to prepare the hybridization solution, such as Cot-1 DNA, DNase/RNase-Free distilled water.|Our Oligo aCGH/ChIP-on-Chip hybridization kit is available in two different formats, with sufficient reagents for the hybridization of 24 or 96 slides minimum. Both kit formats are provided with the relevant hybridization buffer and blocking agent. Please see the manual for part number details.
Minimize sample degradation or discrimination.
The temperature programmable cool on-column (COC) inlet for 8890, 8850, 8860, and 7890B gas chromatography systems allows direct injection of a GC sample onto a cool capillary column. This ensures quantitative sample transfer without thermal degradation of analytes.|The COC inlet offers high accuracy and reproducibility. It is ideal for thermally labile or unstable compounds or for GC samples containing components with large boiling-point differences that may experience discrimination when injected into a hot inlet.
The HydroInert source is designed to improve chromatographic efficiencies with hydrogen carrier gas.
Hydrogen as a carrier gas in GC/MS is a low-cost, renewable gas suitable for several GC/MS applications. Hydrogen carried gas is commonly used as an alternative option to helium. Helium is a finite resource and this, alongside inefficient production, makes it expensive. The high price and recurring shortages have increased demand for applications using a hydrogen carrier gas.|The Agilent HydroInert Source is a GC/MS ion source that improves chromatographic performance when using hydrogen as carrier gas in GC/MS. It helps to avoid loss of sensitivity and spectral anomalies, while offering a high-boiler peak shape. The Agilent HydroInert source reduces the need for GC/MS ion source cleaning, decreasing system downtime and maintenance and resulting in fewer interruptions to data generation.|Chromatographic-quality stainless steel tubing and fittings are often recommended for hydrogen plumbing. Agilent offers a stainless steel install kit (19199S) to help prevent serious contamination problems.|Users can continue to use existing He-based mass spectral libraries and quantitative methods.
Target Retrieval Solution, pH 9 (50x) for use with SK032 on Autostainer Link 48
Target Retrieval Solution, pH 9 (50x) is intended for automated laboratory use in qualitative immunohistochemistry. The reagent is used in the PT Link module for heat-induced epitope retrieval on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE)
tissue sections prior to immunohistochemical staining on Autostainer Link 48. Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9. Provided as 3 x 30 mL reagent, 50x concentrated, corresponding to 200–430 tests. The volume is optimized for dilution in PT Link tanks.
