However, when we checked the system the next morning, no obvious leak was visible. After re-priming and setting everything up again, we observed that leakage was occurring from the waste tubing connected to the DAD pressure relief valve.

Hello All, I am hoping to get some troubleshooting advice on a leak occurring with one of our Agilent 1100 autosamplers. This leak is coming from the bottom of the six-port stator (not any specific ports).
GC MMI Inlet leaking - not enough pressure on o-ring?
GC MMI Inlet leaking - not enough pressure on o-ring?

On the GC side this time. The MMI inlet of our 7890B seems to have a strange leak. The leak is only detected if I do a water/air check with the MSD when the inlet is in splitless mode (28/69 at 12.78%, >10%). When the inlet is in split mode (200:1), the ratio is at 4.22%, <10% (still too high when compared to what I used to work with, <1%). I directed argon (m/z 40 when in manual tune) at the blue arrow in the image below to check for the leak, and this confirmed its location. Because the Top insert weldment assembly (G3452-60730) was substituted already, I installed the old part again but this did not help.
