Hello, I'm experiencing persistent current leakage issues with our Agilent 7100 capillary electrophoresis instrument. I've followed standard troubleshooting steps, including cleaning the capillary, preparing fresh buffers, and checking for electrode damage.

I have changed the cassette, changed the capillary, changed every part of it, looked at the connections, restarted my computer and turned off the CE many times.
