Hi, We are using tape station HS RNA tape. However, our RNA size (major from ~55 to 400) is small. In this case, the lower maker ~50bp will overlap with our RNA. Do you have any solution to fix this? Do you have the other product (for example with top maker) which will not mask ~55 bp area?

For method optimization, I prepared a 1 mM mixed SCFA standard containing: Acetic acid (m/z 60), Propionic acid (m/z 74), Butyric acid (m/z 88), Valeric acid (m/z 102), Caproic acid (m/z 116), and Lactic acid (m/z 90). I am using Negative ion mode MS2 Scan range: m/z 55–120 with Mobile phase: 90% H₂O / 10% ACN (no additives) Column: PGC After multiple injections (5 µL), I started observing unexpected peaks in solvent blanks.: a peaks at m/z 113 and 117.
