Openlab CDS was working fine. During sequence, Autosampler used to sample after 1 mint on its own. Sequence aborted. restarted and found another issue. Content Management not in access. error was LOCALHOST:80 freed up space in C and restarted again. same issue detected. after 1 injection in sequence, system shows idle, staus shows acquiring and sampler goes in rest. i am unable to share pics because i have screenshots in my phone internal storage. i can not drag pics now on state HPLC turned on, started openlab cds control pannel. instrument shows not connected untill i start launch . some of services stoped automatically some running automatically problem exists in sequence on 2nd run again. system status becomes idle while activity status on acquiring

Hi all We have the following modules and loop installed on our prep. HPLC and even with the needle offset at the minimum (-2.5 mm), the autosampler always leaves about 300 uL of sample in the vial. What can I do to try and minimise the volume remaining in the vial? For experiments I filled a 5 mL vial with 800 uL of water, ask it to inject 800 uL with a -2.5 mm needle offset and there was ~300 uL remaining. Thanks to anyone for any advise at all, and please let me know if you need further info on the setup. Hello, I have a 1260 Infinty III pump. It does not have a degasser but I do not need it at the moment. However, on LabAdvisor, even if I turn off the degasser it still shows an error about how the degasser isnt reaching the correct value or that its not connected.Is there any to to use the pump for some diagnsotics without having the degasser?

Hi !! If I run purging at 10 ml per minute at 200 bar for 5-10 minutes before each analysis (Before I start a new project ) does it actually affect the pump in long run ?? I have this query and i would also like to know which flow is good and optimal !!!
