sTRACK enables sample authentication by comparing the genotypes derived from a fixed set of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) between genomic DNA (gDNA) from a pregnant woman and Clarigo™-derived genotypes. sTRACK is based on multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of gDNA derived from blood or a dried blood spot (DBS) in combination with next generation sequencing.
