David leads the CrossLab Enterprise Services marketing team and has global responsibility for developing services to improve laboratory operations.

David holds a Master’s degree in Electrochemistry from The Ohio State University and a Ph.D. in Analytical Molecular Biology from Northeastern University. David has extensive experience with analytical lab applications, instrumentation, software, and operations.

Brittany focuses on the operational challenges presented in modern scientific laboratories as it pertains to asset control. Brittany seeks to normalize pain points which routinely burden lab productivity and impact business goals and strives to highlight the benefits of adopting a transformative service strategy to optimize laboratory operations by simplifying laboratory asset management activities and processes.

Brittany is supported by her academic background consisting of degrees in the areas of Biochemistry, International Business Management and Marketing.

Melissa focuses on the digital lab, lab operations and understanding how to gather data, uncover business insights, and make decisions to optimize economic and operational outcomes in laboratories.

Melissa holds Master’s degrees in Analytical Chemistry and Applied Economics and has extensive experience in the drug testing industry.

Jim is focused on Pharmaceutical FDA (GMP / GLP) regulated laboratories for Data Integrity, Instrument Qualification (USP <1058> AIQ) and Computer System Validation (21 CFR Part 11 / GAMP 5) compliance.

Jim holds degrees in Chemistry and Biology with over 25 years of regulated industry experience.

Philippe focuses primarily on CrossLab Enterprise Services and how to effectively leverage core capabilities of Asset Performance Management.

Philippe holds a master’s degree in biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania and has a background in molecular biology and human genetics.

Grayson focuses on laboratory relocations and multi-vendor instrument services, working to ensure customers have an experienced partner to help navigate changing circumstances. Grayson is committed to unpacking the questions in today’s laboratories, from rethinking service strategies to understanding growth plans and beyond. He holds a B.A. in English from Trevecca Nazarene University.

Tim concentrates on providing the Asset Monitoring service within the Digital Lab portfolio helping laboratories understand their instrument utilization so they may optimize capital and operational expenses as well as workflow throughput.

Tim holds a MBA from Boston University and has extensive experience commercializing services in multiple industries.

Chris leads the CrossLab Services marketing team focused on digital services and business intelligence applications for lab operations.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering an MBA from the University of Delaware. Chris has extensive experience with digital transformation, data science, SaaS, and operations.
