Find helpful answers to common questions as you evaluate and advance your program
What grades do your bioprocessing reagents come in?
Our portfolio includes multiple quality grades to support different development stages. Research and molecular biology (MBG) grades are well suited for early studies, assay development, or non-GMP workflows. cGMP-grade materials, including TCEP, DHAA, and select reductants, are manufactured under strict quality controls to support GMP manufacturing, regulatory filings, and commercial programs. Specifications vary by reagent.
Are these reagents suitable for microbial fermentation?
Yes, several products directly support microbial expression workflows. Reagents like IPTG (non-animal origin) are specifically used for induction in microbial fermentation processes, while others such as reductants and oxidants support downstream processing and purification. All materials are available in sizes appropriate for R&D through commercial manufacturing.
Do your cGMP-grade reagents support ADC manufacturing?
Yes, our cGMP TCEP and cGMP DHAA are widely used in ADC programs as complementary redox partners. TCEP provides stable, irreversible reduction without metal interference, while DHAA offers high stability and efficient oxidation for improved yields. Both are manufactured under strict QC for regulatory readiness.
What scale of material can you supply?
We offer flexible supply options to support early development, pilot runs, and commercial programs. Most reagents can be ordered in small research volumes or scaled to multi-kilogram quantities appropriate for GMP manufacturing and long-term production campaigns.
