Dioxins & PAHs

Measure and report trace-level contaminants in food that threaten human health [1]

Humans can ingest harmful dioxins by eating animal products. Built around the 7010 Series Triple Quadrupole GC/MS, our Dioxins in Food and Feed Analyzer provides up to 10 times more analytical sensitivity than the competition.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) have mutagenic and carcinogenic properties.[2] You can confidently test for PAHs in food with Agilent fully configured, factory chemically tested PAH Analyzers.

Veterinary drugs

Detect and quantify veterinary drugs in complex matrices

Governmental agencies have established strict limits on veterinary drugs in meats and other foods of animal origin. You can screen for more than 2,100 veterinary drugs when you combine TOF or Q-TOF LC/MS with the Agilent Veterinary Drug Personal Compound Database and Library (PCDL). What’s more, you can minimize tedious method development with a database of MRM transitions.

Mycotoxins

Transform your Q-TOF into a mycotoxin screener

Mycotoxins are difficult to remove from fruit and grain products, and can be a threat to human health. Combining TOF and Q-TOF instruments with the new Agilent Mycotoxins PCDL enables even high-volume labs to perform truly comprehensive screening for both targets and unknowns. The PCDL contains 450 compounds and Accurate Mass MS/MS spectra for more than 300 compounds.
