Flexible solutions for real-time, live cell metabolic analysis
Agilent offers two platforms for studying live cell metabolism. The Seahorse XF platform is a label-free, end-to-end, integrated platform that seamlessly combines instrument, sensor cartridge, assay kits and software to deliver quantitative cell metabolic data with real-time compound exposure kinetics. The MitoXpress and pH-Xtra assays are soluble sensor reagents for TR-F enabled plate-readers.
These assays use soluble, chemically inert, cell impermeable, fluorophores to measure OCR and ECAR in real time, using plate-reader based assays. They arewell suited for higher t hroughout assay applications, suspension cell and bacterial cell samples and can be multiplexed with other fluorescent dyes and labels.
