Single-Color Reagents

These primary antibodies are conjugated with a single fluorochrome for use in flow cytometry. After conjugation, unreacted fluorochromes are completely removed by gel filtration. Allophycocyanin (APC) The molar APC/antibody ratio is approx. 1. Excited at 633 nm or 635 nm, and emit light at 660 nm. Fluorescein (FITC) The molar FITC/antibody ratio is approx. 4. Excited at 488 nm and emit light at 530 nm. Pacific Blue (PB) The molar PB/antibody ratio is approx. 6. Excited at 406 nm and emit light at 456 nm. Peridinin Chlorophyll Protein (PerCP) Excited at 488 nm and emit light at 676 nm. Phycoerythrin (RPE) The molar RPE/antibody ratio is approx. 1. Excited at 488 nm (blue) and emit light at 570 nm. Phycoerythrin-Cy5 (RPE-Cy5) The molar RPE-Cy5/antibody ratio is approx. 1. Excited at 488 nm by RPE, transferred to Cy5, which emits light at 670 nm.
