SureFISH IGH CCND1 DF P20 is recommended for the detection of rearrangements involving the IGH
gene and CCND1
gene by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). The probe can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
SureFISH IGH CCND1 DF P20 consists of two child probes (3 and 5 probes), each designed to target a given gene (IGH
) and each labeled in a different color (Cy3 and FITC). Following a translocation, the signals are co-localized, producing fusion signals (for example: 1 orange-red, 1 green, and 2 fusion signals).
