MassHunter Method Optimizer is a built-in component of MassHunter Acquisition 12.1 and above for triple quadrupole LC/MS (LC/TQ). The tool automates MRM method development with three step-by-step optimization modes for guided, automated, or compound-by-compound optimization. Optimizable parameters include precursor and product ion identification, collision energies, and source parameters. MassHunter Method Optimizer enables direct transfer of optimized parameters and MRM transitions to LC/TQ databases or methods, streamlining method building.
