- The Agilent ProteoAnalyzer controller software is optimized to acquire data for protein analysis. The easy-to-use versatile software interface provides tested methods for consistent electrokinetic injections and voltage separations of both reduced and non-reduced proteins.
- The ProSize data analysis software generates digital data for the fast and easy visual analysis of protein samples. It provides a digital gel image as well as an electropherogram to accelerate detailed protein analysis. Size and relative concentration of proteins are automatically calculated. The ability to create calibration curves allows for the absolute quantification of samples against comprehensive reference resources, empowers users to make informed decisions.
