With NovoExpress software, one interface is used for sample acquisition and data analysis. To maximize productivity and efficiency, you can analyze newly acquired data in real time while your samples are still acquiring in the background. Powerful compensation tools and convenient adjustments allow for accurate pre and post acquisition compensation. Batch analysis and reporting are available with customizable statistical parameters and live updates when running samples. Easily create publication quality figures with customizable plot scale, font, and legend with the ability to export FCS (2.0, 3.1) or CSV files, and even import FCS files into NovoExpress for data analysis.

The industry-leading NovoExpress software allows intuitive data acquisition, data analysis, and report generation. It provides flexible analysis templates and plotting tools, offering enhanced data analysis efficiency. Multitask and analyze sample data while simultaneously acquiring your remaining samples to maximize your productivity. Features such as the automatic analysis of cell proliferation to quickly identify generations of cell division and calculate the proliferation index for easy quantitation. For cell cycle, you have the option of using Dean Jett Fox (DJF) and Watson Pragmatic algorithms in the NovoExpress cell cycle analysis module. This provides additional flexibility for your cell cycle analysis and quantitation of G1, S, and G2/M transitions, as well as other parameters such as CV’s
and G2/G1 ratio. And for plate-based samples or high throughput studies, color representation of user defined parameters in the heat map display allow quick visualization and comparison of many samples simultaneously.
