2. Installation instructions
----------------------------

See CSAdminToolsInfo.pdf for installation instruction

3. Installation to alternate locations
--------------------------------------

In cases where the ChemStore AdminTools should be installed to an alternate location
  (e.g. "C:\Program Files\AdminTools"), the following needs to be changed:

  1) registry value:

     - Browse the installation folder for the file setPath.reg

     - right-click and open the file with the EDIT option

     - update the default script location

        "ScriptDir"="c:\\chem32\\ChemStor\\AdminTools\\scripts"

        with the current installation directory, e.g.

        "ScriptDir"="c:\\Program Files\\Agilent\\AdminTools\\scripts"

     - save and close the file setPath.reg

     - double-click the file setPath.reg to write the new path setting
        to the Windows registry

  2) Script files "Access" and "Oracle"

     - browse to \\....\AdminTools\scripts and open the files 'Access' and 'Oracle'
       with a text editor

     - Use the 'replace all' function to replace the default path

                c:\chem32\ChemStor\AdminTools\scripts

       to the current script installation path

     - save and close the files

4. Connecting to MS Access databases
------------------------------------

  In order to connect to standalone databases of MS Access format,
  a copy of the workgroup file 'Hpcscs00.mdw' needs to be created in
  the same directory where the Access database file is located.

  Server specific tasks, like archive monitoring cannot be performed
  on stand-alone databases.

5. Known issues
---------------

 N/A

6. Troubleshooting
------------------

  When there are no results in results text box (message that action is completed is
  shown immediately), check error log file c:\tmp\OQToolErr_....log, if there is a
  message which describes the problem.
