WHAT YOU
WILL LEARN |
|
XF Extracellular Flux technology is commonly used to measure cellular bioenergetics, and determine the role of metabolism in regulating cell phenotype. From measuring basic intracellular mitochondrial function, XF analysis has now evolved to employing multiple assays for the measurement of mitochondrial substrate selectivity and glycolysis. In addition XF Analyzers are also used to measure the function of isolated mitochondria, enabling the examination of mitochondria from multiple samples simultaneously, saving valuable time and resources. This webinar will include an overview of XF assay basics, how to interpret the resulting XF data, and also present insights into developing other useful XF bioenergetic assays (e.g., anaplerotic metabolism). |
