Or, you may find you need different software that you didn't need when you were working in the lab every day. To help, we are making select software available during this time at no charge.
Running samples will still require an analyst to be in the lab; however, data review can be done from home. Smart Alerts software helps you track your GC and LC instrument performance and health. Smart Alerts can be installed remotely and Agilent will make it available for a trial period at no charge to help with the current situation. Learn more here.
NovoExpress and xCELLigence RTCA
Thirty-day complimentary access to Agilent NovoExpress and xCELLigence RTCA software is available and may be extended upon request. To request a license from ACEA (now a part of Agilent), click on the download links below, complete the installation and select the "Evaluate" button when prompted. If you require an additional month of use, please email ACEA’s direct support team.
Cary WinFLR, Cary WinUV, Cary UV Workstation, MicroLab (Mobile) and Clarity Software
In order to help users that continue to do their analyses at home, an exemption to our current the End User License Agreement (EULA) has been granted that allows users to extend the number of offline licenses to to up to 4 PCs (previously 1 PC) for a period of 6 months.
Clarity software comes with unlimited licenses, so it is already available to you wherever you work.
