To protect the health and safety of our employees and the continuity of our site operations, Agilent has the following restrictions in place for its workforce:

  • work from home

Employees are requested to work from home unless they require the use of site infrastructure to do their work. Our goal is to minimize on-site presence to help with social distancing in order to keep our critical on-site teams safe.

  • self-evaluate

Travel is severely restricted to business-critical activities and requires VP approval. After travel, employees must follow local government quarantine rules, where they exist, before visiting an Agilent site. If there are no government requirements, Agilent requires 14 days self-quarantine, or two negative tests at least 5 days apart, before visiting an Agilent site.

  • self-evaluate

If an employee is symptomatic or comes into contact with someone who might be COVID-positive, Agilent requires 14 days self-quarantine, or two negative tests at least 5 days apart, before returning to an Agilent site.

  • self-evaluate

All employees must self-evaluate for COVID symptoms before coming on-site and ensure they follow all Agilent protocols and signage while on-site, including wearing PPE where required.

  • self-evaluate

Some sites may have additional requirements based on local rules.

To preserve the integrity of these controls, our suppliers must observe the same requirements for their employees and sub-contractors who visit, or are based at, an Agilent site. Like most companies, you probably already have similar controls in place. To avoid ambiguity, I respectfully request you enforce Agilent's requirements with your team members who serve the Agilent account. Your team members should follow up with the local Agilent contact to understand any site-specific requirements before visiting the site.
