The SureSelect Strand-Specific RNA Library Preparation kit prepares Poly(A) enriched libraries for whole-transcriptome sequencing. Sequence a wide range of RNA to detect gene expression changes and alternative splicing. The kit contains mRNA sequencing library preparation and enrichment materials.|Libraries are generated from as little as 50 ng of RNA in just 5 hours with minimal hands on time. These libraries maintain strand specificity while generating high complexity sequencing libraries with limited 5 to 3 transcript coverage bias. Libraries are compatible with Illumina sequencers.
