The QuikChange HT Protein Engineering System enables rapid protein directed evolution. A single process allows researchers to resolve structural and functional questions by creating libraries of rationally designed mutants for a wide array of applications.|The system can accurately target and mutate some or each position in 1 to 20 x 50 amino acid regions in less than twenty four hours. Large mutagenic libraries (from 100 to 120,000 user-defined sequences) can be efficiently built with free access to mutagenesis workspace software in eArray. Suitable for applications such as single amino acid scanning, codon saturation scanning, or targeted combinatorial mutagenesis.
